Terms & Conditions

  1. Paw Patrol Pet Care reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog for any reason or cancel any future bookings without notice.
  2. Bookings are required and are essential for the Xmas, Easter and End of Term School holiday periods.
  3. Dogs must be in good health, free from any infectious disease, regularly treated for gastrointestinal worms and be on a flea prevention program. Dogs with fleas will not be allowed into Daycare & Boarding.
  1. Dogs found to have fleas or worms will be treated at the owner’s expense.
  2. Sick dogs will not be admitted to Daycare & Boarding.
  3. All dogs must be de-sexed (unless under 6 months of age).
  4. Daycare & Boarding dogs must be sociable towards other dogs and humans (non-sociable dogs will not be accepted. If they portray any aggressive or unsocial behaviour they will be returned to their home immediately and without notice).
  5. Dogs must be on a leash whilst entering and exiting Paw Patrol Pet Care premises.
  6. All paperwork, forms and vaccination requirements must be completed before check-in/admission.
  7. Owner pick up and drop off is available between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday only. Late pick up fee apply after 6pm.
  8. Adult dogs can be given lunch or treats at your request. We can supply the treats or you can supply your own. Meals to be provided by owner.
  9. Lunch must be given to puppies up to the age of 16 weeks, being part of a nutritionally balanced diet and owner must provide this.
  10. All food supplied needs to be clearly labelled with your dog’s name.
  11. Fridge and freezer facilities are available. This food must be packaged into individual portion sizes and clearly labelled.
  12. The minimum vaccination requirements for each dog entering the premises is a C5 (being against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and also Para Influenza and Bordetella). For puppies up to 12 weeks of age their 2nd Vaccination is a minimum, else the C5 vaccination is required.
  13. Full vaccinations must be given by your vet on a yearly (12 month) basis. A copy of your dog vaccination certificate is to be provided after each time.
  14. Vaccinations and boosters should be given at least two weeks prior to boarding, so that full immunization is gained before the booking date, we suggest that boarding dogs receive the kennel cough booster before the due date if boarding is required.
  15. Please note that we are extremely strict with our vaccination policy (without exception). We do not accept unvaccinated animals. This also includes dogs freshly vaccinated for the first time, within the two week period prior to boarding. If you are uncertain, please do not hesitate to ask us and to also confirm your pet's vaccination with your vet.
  16. Pet sitting/dog walk service bookings greater than the value of $100 will be taken upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are always required when booking and the balance of payment is required prior to the scheduled stay/services rendered.
  17. Paw Patrol offer a pet taxi service for dog daycare clients to most of Geelong and surrounding suburbs. We do not travel to all suburbs and these decisions are made at the operators discretion. If you’re unsure if we travel to your area please don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly team members. This service is only available depending on our availability and additional fees do apply.
  18. Invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month, to be paid in full prior to day care commencing in that month when securing a doggy day care spot. A non-attendance fee of $25 is incurred if you are unable to attend, unless your pet is able to attend another day care day within that same week. With a casual dog daycare position this fee is due on the day in which your dog is attending, if less than 24hrs notice is given to cancel any booking or the booking is not cancelled the full fee will be charged. 
  19. Refunds will only be issued as a credit voucher for future use of services. Payment refunds will only be given at operators discretion.
  20. Xmas Cancellations fees - During the Xmas period all payments will be forfeited where less than 20 days notice is given. Where more than 20 days notice is given any request for a refund, if granted, will be given as credit voucher only. No cash refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
  21. After 1st December, the total balance and deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  22. Refunds for early pick-up will not be issued.
  23. Payments are accepted via cash, direct deposits and ‘PayPal Here’ Visa and Master debit/credit cards.
  24. Please make us aware if someone other than yourself is picking-up your pet. As a matter of security, pets will not be checked-out to people who we are not expecting.
  25. If your pet is on any medication, we can continue to administer them during their stay. Medications must be clearly labelled and have an instruction sheet include dosage and administering details (am/pm etc). There is no charge for administering tablets, drops, ointments etc; Injections will not be administered unless agreed to in writing.
  1. If we consider your pet requires veterinary care, we will attempt to contact you and your nominated vet clinic. Alternatively, another operating vet clinic will be contacted. Owners are liable for all costs incurred should this situation become reality.
  2. Paw Patrol Pet Care requests the responsible person/owners must be available or have another person available to collect their dog at all times.
  3. Paw Patrol Pet Care will attempt to maintain animal safety but does not accept any responsibility for the damage caused by or to your animal.
  4. All dogs are cared for in a cage-free environment for your dog to exercise and socialise with other dogs, our operators and staff. Pet owner is aware that Paw Patrol Pet Care is a cage-free day care facility and is aware that there is inherent risk of illness and injury when dealing with animals.
  5. Paw Patrol Pet Care, its representatives and employees will be indemnified by the dog owner against any actions or claims arising from any loss, injury or canine influenza that a dog sustains or causes to another dog or person while in the care of Paw Patrol Pet Care.
  6. Change of any relevant details must be notified in writing (preferably email).

 

I/We agree to photos of my/our pet(s) to be used on social media forums such as website, Facebook Instagram etc.

 

I/We, the owner as stated above, acknowledge the Terms and Conditions of Paw Patrol Pet Care. I agree to the booking cancellation fees and any additional costs that may occur while under Paw Patrol Pet Care's care. I have read, understood and agree to the Paw Patrol Pet Care Terms and Conditions. I agree for my dog to mix and socialise with other dogs, and understand the risks involved. I have advised all details which could affect the care by or to my dog. Paw Patrol Pet Care will attempt to maintain safety of the dog but shall not accept any liability for any damage caused by or to the dog. The dog’s owner remains liable for all costs associated with all damages by or to my dog and Paw Patrol Pet Care property. Change of details or booking alterations must be notified in writing.
