Paw Patrol want you to shop with confidence but please note that we do not offer refund for items purchased.

You can receive an exchange or credit for goods within 7 days of Purchase.

If you would like to return an item simply email us at jesse.pawpatrol@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note: all items must be in pristine, brand new, unused condition to be eligible for a credit or exchange. All tags and packaging must be on item and undamaged and there is to be no trace of pet hair or been washed.

Online purchases can be returned for a exchange or credit note within 14days.

*We will only offer a refund for a major manufacturing fault.

If items are not returned in “BRAND NEW,” unused condition, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT will not be granted.

CREDIT NOTE

All Credit notes are valid for 12 months for full priced items only, from the date the item was returned.

Credit notes for sale items are valid for 3 months only, from the date the item was returned.

EXCHANGE

A direct exchange can only be made if the new garment is the exact value of your original purchase.

If you have requested a replacement, which is of a lesser value, you will receive a credit for the difference.

If you have requested a replacement of higher value you will receive a discount code and pay for the difference.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by PAW PATROL will not be issued credit. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to PAW PATROL. PAW PATROL will not issue a refund on item(s) that are not received or are lost in transit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items that are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
